The $6.05-million project called for Kokosing to construct a new hangar and fuel cell repair facility for the Ohio Air National Guard at the Rickenbacker International Airport. The hangar’s construction featured offices, maintenance shops and a foam fire suppression system in the facility’s bay. Adjacent to the hangar, exterior work by Kokosing featured construction of reinforced concrete aprons and taxiways.
