Kokosing completed the $2-million, seven-month project in three phases. Phase 1 and 2 included removal and replacement of pavement on a lime-stabilized sub-grade, while Phase 3 had Kokosing remove asphalt, rubbalize and roll concrete and perform asphalt replacement.

Kokosing also improved the apron area with mill and fill work throughout the project; by installing pipe and underdrain; and by performing electrical work.
