Cuyahoga IR 271

Pavement planing and resurfacing of 7.18 miles of IR-271 Express Lanes in Warrensville Heights, Beachwood, Lyndhurst, and Mayfield Heights. Removal and replacement of 2,800 feet of 12"/15" slotted drains along the slip ramps between the local and express lanes also performed. Over 63,000 tons of asphalt placed on the entire project and over 90% of the maximum smoothness incentive was obtained on the surface course.
