Lorain IR-90

Resurfacing, including pavement planing, pavement repairs, and concrete barrier along IR-90. Nearly 8,600 square yards of pavement repairs performed, along with over 400 feet of new concrete barrier installation, and over 64,000 tons of asphalt placed. Achieved a substantial portion of the smoothness and density incentives for the surface course placement.
