Along with providing much-needed parking, this six-story, cast-in-place, multi-use facility features nearly 20,000 square feet of retail and office space. The post-tensioned concrete structure features an architectural pre-cast and masonry façade, pre-cast spandrel panels and glass curtain walls.

While the facility provides a seamless integration with the campus’ surrounding structures, Kokosing had to work in a tight area with minimal construction staging area; overcome a six-week delay caused by differing subsurface conditions discovered during caisson installation; implement a new forming system; and coordinate planning and construction when it was decided the facility would feature an unbounded mono-strand cable system rather than a bonded post-tensioning system.
