31st Street Marina 

Durocher Marine finished construction on the  2,800 LF of stone breakwater in September 2012.  Work included the placement of over 17,000 tons of stone which included 10 to 18 ton  armor stones used for the cap of the breakwater. Other improvements included in this harbor project were approximately 1,000 new boat slips, a green roof parking garage, a new 4 acre park space including a playground, promenade, open lawn areas and a harbor facility including a restaurant and community space.
