Hidden Oaks
In performing $1.1-million in site development work for the Hidden Oaks residential community – which included construction of streets, building pads and the installation of sanitary, storm and water utilities, Kokosing researched and recommended the use of buried stormwater retention chambers. These stormwater retention chambers are placed under the streets so as to reduce the number of trees having to be removed, as well as maintain the site’s natural contours.
Kokosing’s innovative design, engineering and construction efforts accomplished the owner’s goal of maintaining a natural development site for future residents.
