The Villas at Glenealy

Kokosing simultaneously constructed Innovation Drive, which provided access to the EPCON Communities where Kokosing was performing $1.4 million of site preparation work.

At The Villas of Glenealy, Kokosing constructed 23 building pads, sanitary, storm and water utilities. In its work to construct Innovation Drive, a public street adjacent to heavily traveled Avery Road in Dublin, Kokosing installed storm sewers, water lines, curb and asphalt.

Performing both projects simultaneously required constant communication and planning with the city, project owner and Kokosing’s own crews to make sure both projects ran smoothly and safely.
