OSU Stadium Renovation and Expansion

Kokosing, along with two joint-venture partners, completed the two-year major renovation and expansion of “The Horseshoe.” Kokosing completed the project’s structural steel, window and curtain wall, south end zone and millwork.

Stadium renovation included:
• Lowering of the playing field by 14 feet to accommodate additional seating inside the existing stadium
• Construction of new upper decks on the east and west sides of the stadium
• Construction of a south end grandstand and new scoreboard, which replaced portable bleachers
• Construction and renovation of a new press box, luxury suites, band room, concession stands, restrooms and additional stairs and elevators
