Kokosing is seeking a Risk Insurance Manager to work in its corporate office located in Fredericktown, Ohio.  The Risk Insurance Manager is responsible for managing the general liability, auto, property and corporate risk insurance policies. This position works with the insurance companies and brokers to establish insurance programs.   Key responsibilities include:  coordinating the purchase of the corporate insurance policies; managing of claims; reviewing of claims data and reporting to management.   
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinating the purchase of the corporate insurance polices
• Managing all types of insurance claims, auto, property and general liability
• Review, analysis and distribution of claims data to management
• Report potential claims per policy requirements
• Compile data for insurance carriers for annual insurance renewal
• Analyze all relevant risk exposure of the Company and determine the best method to insure against these risks
• Compile annual reserve schedules
• Perform all insurance-related analysis for acquisitions of insurance programs
• Review contract insurance and indemnification provisions to evaluate exposures

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field
• Knowledge of risk and insurance processes
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Self motivated and committed
• Understanding of the construction industry preferred
