Wabash Steel, LLC, was formed on February 17, 2006, and purchased the assets of Vincennes Steel Corporation on March 1, 2006. Vincennes Steel Corporation had closed its doors after 107 years in the structural steel fabrication business. Wabash Steel opened their doors for business on March 3, 2006.
