Each employee has a responsibility to perform their work safely as stated in the OSHA standards under the General Duty Clause that says:

 “Each employee shall comply with occupational safety and health standards

and all rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant to this Act

which are applicable to his own actions and conduct.”

Kokosing strives to recognize those employees who achieve high standards of safety performance by meeting and exceeding the following criteria:

Qualification Criteria

•  An hourly employee who works a minimum of 120 hours per month.

•  Attends and completes every Monday morning safety quiz

•  No safety violations or disciplinary actions issued to the employee.

•  Has no medical recordable workers compensation claims.

•  Has no general liability, auto or equipment incidents
