All placements of the roughly 150,000-square-feet of slab-on-grade concrete met or exceeded QC flatness specifications. Crews faced challenges including coordinating work alongside several dozen subcontractors, labor shortages, winter weather, and a global pandemic. Despite the challenges, Kokosing completed the project on-schedule. WHY IT MATTERS Once data center and other mission critical infrastructure breaks ground, it’s all hands-on deck. Kokosing worked all in with the CM team, mobilizing human and equipment resources to deliver our scopes of work, doing our part to keep the overall project on schedule.
