Transportation I-75 DAYTON MODERNIZATION PROJECT, PHASE 3

INSIDE THE PROJECT

The third and final phase of the I-75 modernization through downtown Dayton, Ohio, was designed to relieve congestion for the 130,000 vehicles that travel the route every day. Kokosing created three continuous lanes in each direction by constructing 11 structures, two of which span the Great Miami River. A simplified approach to the reconfigured downtown interchanges relieves rush hour traffic and also reflects modern aesthetics in the urban community.

Through careful preplanning, partnering with all stakeholders, and the efforts of our dedicated management team and workforce, Kokosing completed the project a year early.
