The Kokosing Support Operations Team is proud to announce the graduation of its fourth class from the Support Leaders Development Program. This program was created to provide meaningful learning and growth opportunities for current and future leaders within our organization.  

Over the course of the year, participants engaged in nine sessions featuring presentations and discussions focused on leadership development. Kokosing carefully designed topics to prepare team members for expanded responsibilities and to strengthen the skills needed to lead effectively in a dynamic work environment.
