Delivering complex infrastructure takes more than expertise in one discipline. It takes collaboration across teams to create solutions that add value for our clients.

As part of the RiverRenew program in Alexandria, Virginia, Kokosing teams played a role in helping bring critical wastewater infrastructure online, including the Waterfront Tunnel, Hooffs Run Interceptor, and pumping station that are now actively supporting the region’s wastewater system.

Building on the larger wastewater treatment project, our Solar Group partnered with our Water and Wastewater team to install a 55 kW solar system at the AlexRenew Learning Center. The system was incorporated into the project’s overall design strategy and contributes toward LEED v4 certification goals.

This project is a great example of how Kokosing teams work together across markets to deliver integrated solutions that support our clients’ long-term objectives.
