Corman joins the Kokosing Family of Companies. Corman, also a family business, is known for its great reputation in the heavy civil and marine construction sectors across the East Coast since 1920. The sale provides Corman with opportunities to diversify into additional markets and increase bonding capacity. The acquisition bolsters Kokosing’s already packed resume in the industrial, transportation, buildings, pipelines and marine sectors and extends Kokosing’s reach into the Mid-Atlantic. “Corman and Kokosing share similar core values.
