As part of a decades-long revitalization plan for Downtown Toledo and the area formerly known as International Park, the Glass City Riverwalk is officially open. This project significantly enhanced the Maumee Riverfront while also providing a connection to Glass City Metropark.

Kokosing has successfully managed the construction of multiple pedestrian bridges, boardwalks, docks, seawall with concrete coping, illuminated handrail, glass embedded concrete pavement, building facilities, public playground areas and relocated waterline/utilities.

Bringing together Metroparks Toledo, their selected design team and local stakeholders, this project was a true collaborative effort that ultimately created a signature space for the community, while also highlighting the natural beauty and power of the Maumee River.
