WATER & WASTEWATER Wastewater Conveyance > Our Expertise > Water Treatment > Wastewater Conveyance Wastewater conveyance systems can take the form of gravity sewer networks, or a combination of force main and pumping stations with the latter often located at/near sewage treatment plant headworks. Kokosing self-performs both systems, including all typical pipe materials whether reinforced concrete, reinforced fiberglass pipe, ductile iron, or PVC and HDPE. As many times large diameter trunk sewers are placed adjacent to existing waterways where often poor soil characteristics are present. Our experience with earth retention and bracing systems allow us to install pipe in unstable soil types while delivering the project on schedule.
