Water Resources Cleveland Southerly Renewable Energy Facility

Kokosing Industrial installed new centrifuge feed pumps; centrifuges; sludge pumps; fluid bed incinerators; waste heat boilers; scrubbers; heat exchangers; along with a 3.5-megawatt turbine and associated piping at this new renewable energy facility for NEORSD’s largest wastewater treatment plant.

Kokosing was able to streamline productivity and mitigate in-field re-work, via off-site manufacturing (OSM) of the seal-water racks, and related appurtenances, on incinerator bustle piping. Shipping these elements direct-to-the-project-site saved time and money, benefitting the overall schedule and budget for the renewable energy upgrades at NEORSDs Southerly Wastewater Treatment Plant.
